How Long Does an IGET Bar Last in Australia
The IGET Bar is rated at 3,500 puffs. That number comes off a puffing machine with a fixed draw, so the useful question is not what the box claims but how many days it lasts for a real person. Here is how the maths works out.
The short answer
Most Australian customers get between four days and two weeks from a single IGET Bar 3500. Divide 3,500 by your daily puff count and you have your answer. A light user taking 250 puffs a day gets about 14 days. An average user at 400 puffs a day gets close to nine days. A heavy user at 700 puffs a day is looking at five days.
If you are moving across from cigarettes, a rough conversion is that one cigarette is somewhere around 12 to 15 puffs. On that basis a 20 a day habit lands near 300 puffs, which puts a 3,500 puff device at roughly eleven or twelve days.
Why you rarely hit the rated number
Three things eat into the count, and none of them mean the device is faulty.
The first is draw length. The rating assumes a short, consistent puff of about two seconds. A long, slow four second draw pulls twice the liquid, so the same device gives roughly half the puffs. This is the single biggest variable and it is entirely down to how you vape.
The second is the battery. On a sealed single-use device the battery is sized to outlast the liquid, but only just. If you chain puff, the battery sags before it recovers, so the device can feel weaker near the end even with liquid left in it.
The third is temperature. Liquid thickens when cold, so a device left in a car overnight in winter wicks more slowly for the first few puffs. Let it come back to room temperature before you judge it.
Working out your own figure
Count your puffs for one honest day. Most people underestimate by a wide margin, so tally properly on your phone rather than guessing. Divide 3,500 by that number and you have days per device. Once you know your rate you can order the right quantity instead of running out midweek.

Getting the most out of each device
Shorter draws are the whole game. Two seconds rather than four is the difference between nine days and four and a half. Beyond that, keep the device upright when it is not in use so the wick stays fed, keep it out of direct sun, and do not leave it in a hot car, which thins the liquid and encourages leaking around the mouthpiece.
