Before you write

Where is my order?

Tracking numbers are emailed the evening of dispatch. Check your spam folder first. If tracking has not updated for three business days, email us with the order number and we will chase the carrier.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, as long as it has not been lodged with the carrier. Orders confirmed before 3PM AEST are usually lodged the same afternoon, so email as soon as possible. After lodgement, the refund policy applies.

Do you answer on weekends?

Emails sent over the weekend are answered on Monday morning. Orders paid over the weekend are dispatched Monday if the payment has cleared.
