To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and mobile number, plus the order contents and payment reference. We do not collect or store card numbers because we do not accept cards. Age confirmation at checkout is recorded as a yes/no flag with the order.
How we use it
Order fulfilment, delivery tracking emails, customer support, back-in-stock notifications you have requested, and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing email unless you have opted in.
Who we share it with
Delivery details are passed to the postal carrier. Order data is stored with our hosting provider. We disclose information to authorities only where required by law.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses browser local storage to remember your cart and your age confirmation. No third-party advertising cookies are set. Analytics, where used, is aggregated and does not identify you.
Access and correction
Email orders@igetbars.shop to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
