About IGET Vapes AUS: Who We Are and How We Work
IGET Vapes AUS is an independent online retailer based in Australia. We sell one brand, IGET, and we sell it to adults aged 18 and over only. This page explains how stock reaches you and what you can expect from us.
Where our IGET stock comes from
Every carton is bought sealed from the distribution chain and held in an Australian warehouse. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas, which is why parcels arrive in days rather than weeks and never sit in customs. When a carton comes in we open one device, verify its scratch-off code on IGET's official checker and record the batch. Only then does it go on the shelf.
What we sell and what we do not
We list every IGET model in current production: the Bar, Bar Pro, One, Bar Plus kit and pods, Moon, Legend, Hot, Star, Goat, B5000, Flare, XXL, Halo kit and pods, Shion nicotine pouches and nicotine-free devices. We do not sell other brands, refill liquids or hardware, and we do not list discontinued IGET models as "limited stock". If it is on the site, it is in the warehouse.
How orders are handled
Orders confirmed before 3PM AEST Monday to Friday are packed and lodged the same afternoon. Every parcel is tracked and sent in a plain satchel. Payment is by PayID, bank transfer or crypto; we do not store card details because we do not take cards. If something arrives faulty, our refund policy covers replacement within 14 days of delivery.
